herbs that both cleanse and protect from anything that does not serve your greatest good while driving in positive energy and good fortune in all things for the 2023. Set your bath water temp as you like it and while the tub fills put all your herbs into the large tea bag.
Put the entire bag and all the contents in the water.
let water absorb the teas and herbs and when you feel this has happened get in the tub
this is a one time bath ritual you will follow,this is new year blessing water.
1 tea light candle.
Light your candle and place in near you so that you can stare into the flame while breathing in good energy through your nose and bad energy out of your mouth, do breath too hard the breath should be regular and concentrate on your breathing for a bit while staring into the flame. Now allow yourself to visualize all the things you want and hope for but allow yourself to be there in the place you dream of, take in how it smells, how it looks and how it feels. Allow relaxation to come over you , your allowed to feel contentment.
Feel yourself manifesting these things into being. Now wish for your heart desires.
You can speak them outloud or whisper even keep it all in your mind whatever makes you feel comfortable will work. You may even close your eyes at this point.
Now just relax and feel all the dark energy coming away from you and release into the water, let it drain once your done but watch the water go down the drain and repeat these words.

I AM HAPPY, I LOVE MYSELF, I AM PROUD OF MYSELF AND ENJOY BEING ALIVE, I FIND PLEASURE IN ALL I DO,I LOVE MY FREEDOM,I LOVE WHO I HAVE BECOME, I LIKE MYSELF AND I LIKE EVERYTHING I AM DOING. Rinse yourself off in the shower and write down a list of goals for the New Year and check them off one by one over time.
