2 Alexa Fong Drubay is a Laughter Yoga Master Trainer from the Philadelphia area, who trained in India with the founder of Laughter Yoga, Dr. Madan Kataria. She is a grad

graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University and has lived and worked in NYC, Switzerland, France and China. Alexa is the Executive Director of Laughter Yoga, and has conducted laughter programs for a broad spectrum of organizations including frontline healthcare workers, insurance companies, cancer groups, the US Institute for Peace, National Institutes of Health, Dell Technologies & The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She also trains recreational therapists, social workers, nurses, doctors, activity directors, yogis, reiki practitioners, health coaches and others to become certified Laughter Yoga leaders and teachers. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Join us for an hour of impactful, energizing and uplifting laughter. Stress Relief, Resilience & Well Being through Laughter Feel the stress melt away as we celebrate being in the present moment. No experience necessary. All of the exercises are easy to follow and can be done standing or seated. No yoga poses but plenty of gentle movements. Go at your own pace. Do what feels comfortable and right for you. Pack a bottle of water. We will laugh, practice deep yogic breathwork and express ourselves in all kinds of empowering ways. We will practice the 4 elements of joy! We will ride the laughter wave together and will receive a wonderful D.O.S.E of happy chemicals to the brain (a boost of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins levels).
